Government Collaboration

I have had the opportunity of working as a volunteer with the National Education Policy's Drafting Committee (Ministry of Education) since early 2018.

Built on the foundational pillars of Access, Equity, Quality, Affordability and Accountability, this policy is aligned to the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and aims to transform India into a vibrant knowledge society.

My focus areas were :

1. bridging the quality disparity across India's multilingual classrooms (spanning 22 official and 600 unofficial languages) and,

2.  improving the quality of Science Education across all levels of school education.

I am currently working on the Position Paper in Science for the National Curricular Framework for Science Education 2023.
